ARISE
Summer Retreat
ARISE first began as a ministry in 1994 with a joint summer retreat organized by a few college students who were serving the youth in Korean churches.
Since then, every year, we have hosted a summer retreat for the next generation from Korean churches in New England to intentionally spend time with God, with peers, older brothers, and sisters in Christ from the area. Our goal is to be transformed by the gospel and grow in our identity in Christ for His glory.
While we still serve the youth in this conference, in a move to obey God’s will for the area, we have opened up our retreat to have an adult track to attend in whatever capacity they need. We fully and wholeheartedly welcome everyone from all walks of life to come worship together.
In 2024, we celebrated our 30th year anniversary! ARISE’s summer retreat became one part that falls within a collection of resources and programs designed to continue to push the needle forward in empowering the Body of Christ to worship God with their heart, mind, soul, and strength!
